The Omega Seamaster Cosmic was launched in the late 1960s as a more daring, streamlined chapter in the Seamaster lineage. With a monocoque front loading case, a daring/period-correct sense of styling, and a variety of exotic dial options. In its entirety the reference 166.023 quickly found favor with collectors seeking something bolder both back in the day, and in modern times.

This particular example features a rarely seen gunmetal “Jeffersonia” crosshair dial that remains in fantastic condition. A peculiar variant that plays beautifully in natural light, pairing deco-inspired markers with a clean crosshair layout. The stainless steel case remains sharp with original brushing visible, and the watch retains its original signed crown and a 7-row beads-of-rice bracelet (unfortunately short, fits wrists up to 6.5”). A great example that brings whatever wrist it lands on back into the era which it somehow never left.
