Shipping

All watches are shipped via insured and trackable methods within 1–3 business days of purchase. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International shipping is available however please note customs duties and fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Signature may be required on high value shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of vintage timepieces, all sales are final. However, we want you to love your purchase. If your watch arrives not as described, damaged in transit, or nonfunctional outside of stated conditions, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a fair solution.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or inaccurate wrist sizing. Please read all listings carefully, and feel free to reach out with questions before purchasing.

Warranty

Some watches sold by Secondhand Elegancy are labeled as “Serviced.” These timepieces come with a 6 month mechanical warranty, which covers internal movement issues not caused by misuse.

The warranty does not cover:

-Water exposure (unless explicitly rated and tested)
-Accidental damage (drops, impacts, etc.)
-Magnetization
-User tampering or unauthorized servicing

We reserve the right to inspect the watch before determining eligibility for warranty work.


Servicing

We offer in house servicing on a case by case basis. Our experienced watchmaker handles vintage, modern, and chronograph movements. If you’re interested in having a watch serviced by us, whether you purchased it here or not, reach out and we’ll discuss options, timelines, and pricing.


Authenticity

All watches listed are guaranteed to be authentic unless otherwise noted. We do not sell fakes, frankenwatches, or replicas. Originality of parts will be disclosed in listings to the best of our knowledge. Every piece is examined carefully before it hits our site.


Payments

We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods. Payment plans may be available on a limited basis.
